The perfect summer sipper, this rosé spritzer is made with rosé wine, orange juice, mint leaves, macerated strawberries, and a splash of soda water. This wine cocktail is best served on your patio, with friends!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Rosé wine
  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 2-3 Mint leaves
  • 2-3 Strawberries quartered and with stems removed
  • Soda water to top
  • Ice

Equipment

  • 1 Stemless wine glass
  • 1 Muddler
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Place strawberries and mint in your stemless wine glass. Using a muddler, carefully muddle the strawberries and mint until fragrant.
  2. Add ice, followed by orange juice and rosé wine. Top with soda water and enjoy!
