Rosé Spritzer!
The perfect summer sipper, this rosé spritzer is made with rosé wine, orange juice, mint leaves, macerated strawberries, and a splash of soda water. This wine cocktail is best served on your patio, with friends!

1 stemless wine glass
1 muddler
1 jigger
1 stirring spoon
- 8 oz rosé wine
- 1 oz orange juice
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 2-3 strawberries, quartered and with stems removed
- soda water, to top
- ice
Place strawberries and mint in your stemless wine glass. Using a muddler, carefully muddle the strawberries and mint until fragrant.
Add ice, followed by orange juice and rosé wine. Top with soda water and enjoy!
