Blackberry Ginger Mule

Nothing beats this refreshing boozy beverage. Made with seasonal blackberries, vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer, it's as simple as it gets!

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Mule mug or 16 oz. glass/jar

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Lime juice
  • 5-6 Blackberries
  • Ginger beer to top
  • 1 Lime wedge for garnish
  • 1 Candied ginger optional, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • In your cocktail shaker, add ice, blackberries, vodka, and lime juice. Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into your mule mug (with ice) and top with ginger beer. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
