- In a large bowl, combine the trimmed brussels sprouts with the shallot, mustard, oil, maple syrup, and seasoning salt. Toss to combine.
- Transfer seasoned brussels sprouts to your preheated air fryer and fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, stopping halfway through to shake the air fryer basket (to rotate the sprouts) and continue cooking.
- Your brussels sprouts are done when they're fork tender but still chewy and have a caramelized color. If they're not fully cooked, continue air frying in 3-minute increments, checking until done.
- When your brussels sprouts are finished cooking, remove them from the air fryer and serve as desired.
To make the seasoning salt:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and store in an airtight container.
