Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Dijon, Shallots & Maple
These air fryer brussels sprouts are made with dijon mustard, thinly sliced shallots, maple, and a homemade seasoning salt. Crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, this is, in my opinion, the perfect way to eat brussels sprouts!

1 Air fryer
1 Large bowl
1 Knife & cutting board
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts Rinsed, with bottom trims stemmed, sliced in half
- 1 Shallot, peeled and diced thin
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup Or honey
- 1 tbsp Seasoning salt
For the seasoning salt (yields slightly less than 1/2 cup of salt)
- 1/4 cup Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
In a large bowl, combine the trimmed brussels sprouts with the shallot, mustard, oil, maple syrup, and seasoning salt. Toss to combine.
Transfer seasoned brussels sprouts to your preheated air fryer and fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, stopping halfway through to shake the air fryer basket (to rotate the sprouts) and continue cooking.
Your brussels sprouts are done when they're fork tender but still chewy and have a caramelized color. If they're not fully cooked, continue air frying in 3-minute increments, checking until done.
When your brussels sprouts are finished cooking, remove them from the air fryer and serve as desired.
